I have bills to pay, want to provide a full life for those around me, and want to grow businesses to help as many people as I can so I of course need to make money. But I’ll find a way to help anyone the best I can. $50 per session is what I charge, but I’ve found multiple ways to help anyone where that amount is difficult for them. I have people that are multiple times a week, or once a week. I have ones that pay per session, weekly, or monthly. We can find a way. But to budget or get an idea before we meet, I want you to have all available information ahead of us speaking.

One on One and Group Sessions
I’ve been lucky enough to have been coached by some wildly knowledgeable guys. I’ve been obsessed with fighting for a long time, studying it for a long time, and training myself for about three years. I’ve had a couple of local fights and may have a couple more left in the tank. I’ve been training people who’d like to fight, who want to learn the “techniques,” or those interested in a good overall workout.

In-person work is very much what I believe in, but there’s been occasions where that wasn’t a possibility or inability for regular occurrence. There’s still options. I’ve put plans together for collegiate teams and checked in on them periodically in person, trained individual athletes for their sport-specific needs, and worked EXTENSIVELY with folks about nutrition, the science of it, and implementation in day-to-day life to maximize enjoyment of life, not based on restriction. Small Group Training
$5- Per Class
On Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00pm we have a group class. About 8-12 people go through 5 stations. Each station has 5 exercises for one minute a piece. The difficulty depends on how comfortable you are with your exertion level. I can substitute any movement if that movement causes any issue with a current or preexisting issue. Our classes are the perfect way to stay connected with the “program,” for me to see you, and a cheaper option to get a workout in and a push. The more I have my hands on you, the better our odds of success in the direction we’re working.
