About Me

My Journey

I’m not sure when it happened, but somewhere along the way, I got lost.

I always had a “loud” head—and I didn’t know it until I “grew up” and found myself a little lost. What started as a small snowball rolled into an avalanche, and I wasn’t sure how to slow it down or shift the momentum.

Over time, I found things that helped: working out, learning new things, and taking care of myself in ways that helped me fight back against myself and arm myself better. That process led me to want to learn “health”—not just physically but mentally and emotionally.

Now, I want to share what I’ve picked up along the way—what’s worked for me, what I’ve seen work for others—anything I can do to help someone find their way out of that dark place.

I found through all of it — through the late-night lifts, the early morning builds, the conversations, the setbacks, and the wins — that I’m at my best when helping people live better. Not in a preachy way, just by sharing what’s helped me quiet the noise and stay in the fight. Whether it’s through personal training, nutrition, boxing, business ideas - I just want to be one of the good guys.

My Philosophy

Rebel Alliance is built on the belief that the systems meant to help us often end up boxing us in.

In many businesses, there is layering of thoughts and opinions. That layering causes loss of culture, direction, decrease in communication and a lot of other detriments. All those layers also cost money. The goal is for small lean businesses operating together to reach a common goal - helping people live a better life.

We believe in:

  • We work — It’s much easier to work when you’re lifted by like-minded people around you. The goal is to lift each other through work in all facets

  • The people around you matter — protect your community, but grow your community

  • Live in facts — We care about what works for your body, your mindset, and your space.

  • Earning trust and grace — We over-communicate, stay involved, and take pride in the details.

  • Fighting the noise — Through movement, focus, and doing what matters, we help quiet the bad voices and build better days.

We’re here to help people train, build, recover, and grow in their bodies, their homes, and their lives. No gurus. No gatekeepers. Just an army living the fullest life.
